Objective

Our client requested from us to develop a tool for processing life insurance applications. Processing and checking the legal conformity of these files is a manual and relatively long process. The objective was to automate it and integrate the processing tool directly in the client's web platform.

Solution

Based on different OCR models that we had already developed for this client, we designed an NLP model able to identify and classify all the documents provided by the end customer during the application process. We also automated all the legal checks required. We deployed the solution as an independent microservice used directly by the backend of our client's website. The processing flows and the data concerned were secured and made GDPR compliant before deployment.
